I have taught all disciplines of ESL (grammar, writing, reading, and speaking). In addition, I have developed and taught a Business Communications course specifically for non-native English speakers majoring in business. This course focused on interviewing skills, presentation skills, business writing skills, and U.S. corporate culture. I have developed and taught a U.S. business course for Brazilian MBA students.

As a Client Executive in the technology industry, I have led teams that worked on complex, technology solutions that solved clients’ business problems with technology solutions. I listened to my clients’ business problems, identified their needs, and developed solutions. Understanding the business culture, establishing relationships, developing proposals, and doing formal presentations was the standard process.
