About Me

With over 20 years of leadership experience in the technology industry and 16 years as a Business ESL educator, I specialize in helping non-native English-speaking professionals excel in global business environments.
As a former Client Executive in New Zealand and in other roles, I led cross-functional product and tech teams and closed complex, high-stakes deals—working directly with C-suite executives, crafting strategic proposals, and delivering persuasive presentations. I understand the communication skills required to succeed in high-level business conversations because I've lived them.
Now, I coach ambitious professional engineers, software developers, product managers, project managers, and international executives—on how to present ideas clearly, speak with confidence, and navigate U.S. corporate culture.
